Build your inner strength amongst a community of like-minded people at our weekly Pilates classes.
Pilates can improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension.
BYO mat and join instructor Lily for an enjoyable afternoon workout. All levels of experience welcome.
