Perron Place features a community activity centre, hall, playgroup and birthday party venue, including a sensory playground. For those who have a business or corporate requirements, it offers a 120-seat theatrette, board room, conference and meeting rooms and commercial kitchen.
Perron Place is an exciting new initiative based out of the Perron Centre, which was built in 2008 and officially named in 2010.
The Perron Centre is the home of VisAbility, a leading disability service provider with more than 100 years of history in Western Australia. Its name recognises the late Dr LS Stan Perron AM, a major supporter of VisAbility over many years.
Perron Place is a fully accessible building. Onsite parking is available and its close proximity to Victoria Park train station makes it a highly sought after amenity.
